I had a very good experience at Medicentres – Dubai Mall branch. The reception staff, Ms. Randa and the Director Ms. Mayson, were very helpful and made the procedures easy and smooth for me. I would also like to thank Jenny, the technician who did my ultrasound. She was very professional, caring, and took enough time with me. She was kind and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Overall, I would like to thank the whole team for the excellent service and the lovely staff. I really appreciate the care and support I received.♥️🤍
I visited recently for a wellness and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is responsive and courteous. Results came back within the expected timeframe and the doctor took his time to explain the results and answer my queries.

Always double check with them if your insurance is covering your visit before you go, do not rely on their advertisement. They have my insurance company listed on the outside screen but after I booked an appointment they called me and said it is only covered in the hospital not Zaabeel branch!
