An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The welcoming staff, Brain and Gelly, were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. And Dr. Manal is truly outstanding — such a caring, knowledgeable, and exceptional paediatric doctor. We are so grateful for her care and support. She is honestly one of the best paediatric doctors ever. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Dr. Manal enough. She is truly the heart and soul of this clinic, and its success is clearly a reflection of her dedication and compassion. Dr. Manal is not just an exceptional doctor — she is an incredibly kind and genuine human being. She is always available to answer my calls, no matter how busy she is, and she treats children with such patience, warmth, and care. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding, but what really sets her apart is her heart. Today, after my son had been running a very high fever 40.5°C for three days, she kindly agreed to see us after her working hours without an appointment .she also stayed an extra hour to administer the medication herself. Although I could have given it to him at home, she understood that he is a difficult child when it comes to taking oral medicine. With her special approach, she was able to successfully give him the medication. This level of care is truly rare. The nurses were also amazing and kind. In a time where many medical services feel rushed or commercial, Dr. Manal reminds you what true healthcare should be compassionate, dedicated, and human.

I had a really positive experience with Dr Mehreen, Jinsy and Brian. Dr Mehreen was professional, caring and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. Jinsy the nurse was kind, attentive and very supportive throughout. Brian on reception was welcoming, friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth from the moment I arrived.
