DubaiMed AI Analysis

Face up by Eternel is a small Mirdif aesthetic clinic with a broad list of advanced cosmetic services and positive patient comments about Dr. Malda and welcoming staff. Evidence is limited to a few reviews and promotional website content; there is one clear complaint about pricing and undisclosed promotions and little public detail on formal credentials or accreditations.

Best For

Patients seeking a broad, device-driven range of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures and a consultation-focused experience.

Pros

  • Multiple positive patient comments praising Dr. Malda’s consultation style and helpful staff (5★ reviews).
  • Website lists a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments and device names (e.g., Morpheus 8, Venus Legacy).
  • Clinic brand claims long existence (“Since 2005”), suggesting some longevity.

Considerations

  • One 1★ review reports feeling pressured by sales staff, higher prices, and undisclosed promotions.
  • Website and reviews provide limited independent evidence of formal accreditations or detailed doctor qualifications.
  • Only a small number of reviews in the provided evidence set, so overall reliability of reputation is uncertain.

Detected Specialties

Non-surgical body contouring and device-based treatments (Morpheus 8, Venus Legacy)
Plastic/cosmetic surgery (breast, tummy tuck, blepharoplasty listed)

Moderately positive patient comments about the doctor and a comprehensive service list support decent clinical capability, but a documented complaint about pricing/transparency and limited public credentials or many independent reviews lower confidence, producing a cautious, mid-range overall score.

This is strictly my experience, but I did not feel comfortable with the sales staff or the doctor. Prices are way higher than other clinics in Dubai, and with Esaad, it becomes same price as other places. There were promotions I was not told about before paying for my treatment, which I did not like either.

I visit today Dr. Malda in her new clinic in Mirdif 35 , it's my pleasure to meet such a nice doctor like her, she took her time in the consultation to explain to me what I really need, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
