I had a very good experience with this company’s home blood sample service. Overall, they are professional and provide a helpful service, especially for patients who cannot go to the hospital. Yesterday, we had a different staff member who was unable to take the sample and mentioned that it was difficult to insert the cannula due to my mom's condition. However, today Mr. Mayour came, and he handled everything very smoothly. Despite my mom being elderly and having veins that are difficult to locate, he was able to take the sample quickly and efficiently without causing discomfort. We really appreciate his skill and professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.
This is the first time I have used the services for my Husband and Daughter. Very impressed and satisfied. The nurse " Ravinder" who visited us was very professional,the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He has an incredibly light hand; My daughter struggles at the clinics and hospital with the pathology nurses and here she didn’t even feel the injection when he took the sample neither black marks. The service was professional, comfortable, and truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, an absolutely great experience, and I highly recommend Everwell Health Care for anyone and everyone who are looking for reliable and seamless home medical services, even babies, children or even for senior citizens who want to skip the waiting time at Hospitals. Ankit came to our house to take the samples of 6 of my family members. He was well experienced. Non of my family had to suffer due to difficult vein identification like in other hospitals. I appreciate the efforts of Ankit and look forward to receive accurate lab results by tomorrow.
We used their service for my mother and completed her blood work and urine test. The test results had to followed up with a call but we could speak to a doctor about the deficiencies.
