This place is a complete scam. Be very careful. They ask customers to pay in advance, and instead of providing proper service, the staff try to mislead people. The attitude was absolutely awful, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They also do not provide the full massage time that is paid for. The therapist left about 10 minutes before the session was supposed to end. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place. Lucy is awesome she has great hands. Full body massage (no private parts). Gets me out of pain and feeling so much better. I appreciate her professional qualities. The spa is very clean and the girls are great.
First of all it is clean and the rooms are really nice, however the AC is not controlled per room so at some point it was freezing, thx to the therapist it was turned off. Also I don't understand why they cover the massage table hole with towel, it was way too uncomfortable with a face down. The weakest point of the place is the therapist. The therapist was lacking experience and giving less preasure at some points where it is required like shoulder area, but too high on some other parts. At the end I had to leave as the therapist stuck on calves which were already on fire after non stop massage for 10 minutes. I made a comment about it, but the therapist was not paying attention and continued a programme like a machine. Overall I suggest to check other places arround which offer a bit of a less comfort, but better experience.
The masseuse was busy texting for first fifteen minutes. Post that is to advise to give a better massage. She didn’t even take the pillow from my head which generally is done while lying in the back. Additionally she finished 10 min early and advised me to take shower which I denied. At that cost you will get better massages nearby in Al Barsha. I expected a lot due to the reviews but didn’t find anything nearby.
