I had a great experience at E V E Medical Center in Jumeirah. I did Zoom Teeth Whitening and saw a big difference. My teeth look naturally white now. The clinic was clean and comfortable, the staff were so friendly, and the doctor explained everything clearly. Really happy with my visit. Highly Recommended 🤍

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and feel compelled to share my concerns. There were multiple instances that raised serious questions about hygiene and professionalism. I noticed a strong smell of smoke throughout the facility, including in office areas, which was quite unpleasant. In a healthcare environment, this is especially concerning. Additionally, medical staff were not wearing standard medical attire, which contributed to an overall impression of disorganization. Appointments were frequently delayed, and there appeared to be poor coordination between the clinic and the laboratory, leading to extended wait times and delays in treatment. Communication with staff was also difficult, I found them to be unhelpful and, at times, dismissive. The clinic seemed to lack some basic dental equipment, including a panoramic X-ray machine, which limited diagnostic capabilities. The general cleanliness of the space did not meet the standards I would expect from a medical facility. The difference between what is shown online and the actual experience was significant. I was also concerned about how the dental tools were handled. Items were not opened in front of me, and it was unclear whether proper sterilization protocols were being followed. On several occasions, the dentist had to leave the room to locate instruments, which disrupted the treatment process. The materials used for my dental procedure did not seem durable, and I experienced issues shortly after the treatment. Overall, the level of care did not meet my expectations, and I believe there is a need for significant improvements in both practice and patient care. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
