Very disappointing experience. I clearly provided the name of my insurance company, membership program, and the specific procedure I was inquiring about, and simply asked whether it was covered. Instead of answering a straightforward question, the staff member insisted they could not provide any information without my Emirates ID, which was unnecessary for confirming whether the clinic is part of a particular insurance network. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, far below the level of professionalism I would expect. I regret wasting my time contacting this clinic.

Always professional but also helpful, caring and friendly. She spoke to her in such a manner that make her feel comfortable and safe. Now she is confident and happy with her new smile! He is very patient, gentle and supportive to my young daughter. The place is well maintained and sanitary with friendly staff and assistants. Highly recommended.
