I am writing to warn people or patients not to trust this company first for their dishonesty and second misleading promises. I spoke over the phone with a woman named Ms. Hanadi, and I clearly explained that I needed an experienced nurse to help me with showering and post-surgery care. She assured me they could provide an expert. However, when the staff member arrived, it was obvious she lacked confidence and experience. Her hands were shaking while assisting me, and in the end, I had to finish the shower myself with the help of my maid. I even asked her to leave before the scheduled time. I paid as promised, but I strongly caution anyone not to trust their promises. These centers hire basic staff without proper training, and the service does not match what is advertised. Do not rely on their claims.
