Paid for complete one year subscription and has not been able to use the services since last 10 months now. Constantly been asking them for the status of my refund but there has been no response on WhatsApp even after 5 emails and 30 plus messages. Time to file a case for them in Happiness Center.

The privacy and contactless entry make the whole experience super easy and low-key. During our first visit, one of the tubs wasn’t as cold as expected, but the team was quick to bring out extra ice, which was appreciated. Towels are provided, and the staff is helpful if you need anything. Whether you’re recovering after a workout or just looking to relax at the end of the week, it’s a great little spot. For me and my friends, it’s become part of our weekly routine — something we always look forward to. Also, the pricing is pretty reasonable, which is a nice bonus.
