Had a quick consultation with Dr. Balazs. I came prepared with 4 questions/problems I want it to tackle. One of those questions literally that I want to build a skin care that will help my skin. It was like pulling teeth, he didn’t give a detailed routine to follow. He mentioned that my skin is oily, however I have combination skin. He mentioned some procedures, it’s like was pushing me to think about aesthetic procedures rather than develop a proper skin care routine. I was probing him to discuss retinol/retinoids .. he wouldn’t mention them unless I asked. Eventually he wrote me a prescription, without discussing why these products are useful for me. I felt he was also unfriendly and couldn’t wait for the consultation “that I’m paying for mind you” to be over.

Dr. Winnie is honestly one of the best laser therapists I’ve met. She’s very attentive, patient, and takes the time to adjust the treatment based on your comfort level. The clinic is lovely, but Winnie’s care and expertise are what truly made the experience exceptional.
