My experience with Dr Hatem Dalati has genuinely been life changing. In 2024, I underwent rhinoplasty primarily to correct a deviated septum because I was experiencing significant breathing difficulties. While having that surgery, I also made some cosmetic changes to my nose. My main priority, however, was always to improve my breathing. Unfortunately, after the surgery, my breathing did not improve. In fact, over time it became increasingly problematic. I was later told that excess skin was contributing to the issue, and I underwent a further procedure where I was cut and re-stitched in an attempt to resolve the problem. Despite this, my breathing continued to worsen. The ongoing issues began affecting every aspect of my life. My sleep suffered, my daily activities became more difficult, and it had a significant impact on both my personal life and my ability to manage a very busy schedule. I became frustrated and uncertain about where to turn next. Most importantly, I had no trust in doctors and was extremely hesitant to undergo another procedure. Meeting Dr Hatem Dalati completely changed that experience for me. From my very first consultation, he was honest, caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me. Unlike many doctors I had encountered, he took the time to explain exactly what was causing my breathing issues, what could realistically be done to fix them, and what outcomes I could expect. He never made promises he couldn't keep, and that honesty gave me confidence and peace of mind. What stood out most was the level of care he provided throughout the entire process. Even after surgery, he continued to see me regularly, monitor my progress, clean and check my nose, and ensure I was healing properly. He made every effort to keep me comfortable and supported during recovery. Having to undergo revision surgery was incredibly stressful, but Dr Hatem's calm and reassuring manner made a difficult experience much easier. I always felt that I was in safe hands. Most importantly, he actually fixed the problems that had been affecting my quality of life for so long. The improvement has been remarkable, and I am incredibly grateful for both his skill and dedication. I am sharing my experience not only because Dr Hatem deserves recognition for the exceptional care he provides, but because I know how difficult it can be to find a doctor you can truly trust. I hope that anyone reading this who is struggling with similar issues finds comfort and confidence in seeking a consultation with him. For me, Dr Hatem Dalati didn't just perform surgery, he gave me back my ability to breathe properly and improved my quality of life.

Dr. Hatem is a very experienced doctor, very reliable and recommended. Most importantly he cares about his patients and answers all their questions. He’s a very confident doctor and his work speaks for itself.

I finally visited this doctor today after trying for almost two months to secure an appointment, which was repeatedly cancelled due to “emergency surgery.” When the appointment was eventually confirmed, there was no mention at any point of a consultation fee. Having lived in Dubai for over 10 years, it is standard practice for clinics to clearly inform patients in advance if a consultation fee applies. After seeing the doctor and as I was leaving, the receptionist informed me that AED 500 was due. When I asked what this was for, I was told it was a consultation fee. I explained that I had never been advised of any such fee. The receptionist then called the doctor — and this is where the situation escalated unnecessarily. The doctor insisted there is always a consultation fee. I asked him where this was mentioned in the last two months of WhatsApp communication. His response was that it was “logic and common sense” and that it was my responsibility to ask, not their responsibility to inform the patient. At the same time, the receptionist began arguing with me while the doctor was speaking — unprofessional and unnecessary. To make matters worse, the doctor then allowed his next patient to walk into what should have been a private conversation and asked him directly, “Thomas, did you pay a consultation fee?” Thomas replied, “Yes, there’s always a consultation fee wherever you go.” This felt like an attempt to embarrass me, but instead it reflected very poorly on the doctor’s professionalism. I had initially intended to proceed with treatment, but this entire interaction left a very bitter taste. I chose to walk away and find another ENT specialist. After reading previous negative reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated experience. There are many clinics in Dubai that offer far better service. Unfortunately, this clinic appears to prioritise money over professionalism, transparency, and patient care.
