Score Breakdown

Very bad service ! Came for a blood test the nurse made my arm bruse. For two days tried to reach the clinic no one picks up! If you dont chase they dont follow up your results. It was my first time they didnt get my phone or email adress while registering so how they would be able to reach me ? Finally after two days after i called many times the call center, they sent me my test results and i asked them that im expecting a call from nurse for my prescription, they disappeared again no answer to my text. My doctor told me to start today and the nurse will reach today but no one did! How unprofessional is this. If my doctor is not at your clinic i wouldnt step again
Ms Zahra is my salvation. After many unhelpful treatments, finally I started physiotherapy with her and now, after few months under her cure, I have improved a lot my knee issues. She's dedicated and passionate about her job. She deeply listen to the patient and look for the perfect treatment.. She's also extremely kind and hearty person. I strongly recommend her (all my friends now are going with her and are so happy).
I have had a bad lower back for many years, with pain flaring up on occasion. Zahra has been the best physio I have had by a long way and has helped me go from someone who woke up with pain in the night to being unrestricted with my day-to-day life and exercise. Her treatment and exercises are targeted and explanations are clear. I 100% recommend her, as her help has genuinely changed my life for the better.
Zahra has recently seen me for my chronic shoulder issue. I was amazed how many different techniques she used and how patiently she explained to me all the aspects of my injury. I loved the fact that she gave me all the attention from start to finish. She was also very thorough with the exercises she gave me afterwards and she followed up with me throughout my recovery. She takes pride at what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. By far the best physiotherapist that i have ever been to.
I'm very satisfied with Emirates Sportsmed and specially with Dr Zahra Shirazi who follows me since the beginning for my double fracture tibia-fibula. Dr Zahra is very professional, kind, and available for any question. It was my first experience with such injury and she really took the time to explain me all the steps all the rehab, she pushed me when it was needed and helped me a lot through this journey with different techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling...a lot of mobility exercises and strengthening. After 3.5 / 4 months, my leg is back to a normal shape and I'm able to walk properly again and almost ready to start hard exercising again. I highly recommend Dr Zahra for a serious follow up and a strong skilled physio.
