Emirates Specialty Hospital

Recently I had surgery in this hospital (hysteroscopy to remove uterus polyp). Honestly, I was so afraid going under general anesthesia and to operating room so it gave me panic before I came to the hospital at the day of surgery. However, once I entered the hospital at 8am - everything felt so calm and pretty relaxed. From the admission to the time I was discharged about 4 pm - I felt in good hands. EVERYONE just so nice and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t remember nurses names (because I was still scared and could not think clearly 😅) but all of them - in women clinic floor and in operating rooms are so amazing and caring. They all would make me feel calm and relaxed. Anesthesiologist doctor- she is amazing, such a caring and professional (I felt amazing after and woke up happy with the smile), she also very beautiful 🥰 and big thanks to my amazing doctor Amala in obgyn department for seamless procedure. I am planning pregnancy now and I was thinking to go to some more fancier hospital here in Dubai for delivery but now I know that this warm vibe is much better and if in Dubai, I would deliver my baby here. Also, every time I come to my appointment very good experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an endoscopy at Emirates Specialty Hospital and wanted to thank the entire team for the excellent care I received. I was naturally a bit apprehensive beforehand, but Dr. Sheriff Awad was very reassuring and explained everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure, which went much more smoothly than I had expected. The nursing staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive and always checking that I was comfortable. The ward staff were also very helpful and professional, making the whole experience easy from admission through to discharge. The procedure itself was quick, well organised and far more comfortable than I had anticipated. My sincere thanks to Dr. Sheriff Awad, the nurses and the ward team for their kindness and professionalism.

I would like to share our experience with Dr Maria Awais. First of all her calm demeanor and self confidence puts the patients at ease. Very positive attitude and puts all the things in proper perspective. She explains the health parameters in such a way that even a non health related person will be able to comprehend. She navigates the medical rigmarole effortlessly and at the same time explains in lay persons terms explicitly which greatly soothes the care receiver. Really thankful for having the opportunity to interact with her.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the entire medical team for the exceptional care, professionalism, and support they provided during one of the most difficult times of my life. Every member of the team showed remarkable dedication, compassion, and expertise. A special thank you to Dr. Amala, Dr. Monica, Dr. Rabia, Dr. Mamuna, Nurse Nada and all the nurses and doctors who cared for me. Their professionalism, kindness, reassurance, and unwavering support gave me strength and comfort throughout this challenging journey. They not only provided outstanding medical care but also treated me with genuine compassion and understanding. I am truly grateful for their hard work, patience, and commitment to both me and my baby. Their efforts made a profound difference during a very emotional and difficult period, and I will always remember the care and support they provided. I feel truly lucky and grateful that my pregnancy and delivery were under the care of Dr. Israa Mu. From my very first visit until the moment I gave birth, she was not just my doctor, she was a source of comfort, confidence, and support. Dr. Israa always listened with patience, explained everything clearly, and gave me advice that truly made a difference. Because of her guidance and the trust she built with me, my delivery was smooth, safe, and much easier than I ever expected. What touched me the most was how she stood by me during the hardest moments of labor. Even when I was in pain and feeling exhausted, she was there with kindness, reassurance, and genuine care.
