I had an excellent experience at Emirates Rehabilitation Center. Where I was admitted after brain surgery. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and very well-organized. My physiotherapist Varada was attentive, highly skilled, and truly dedicated to my recovery. I always felt supported and encouraged throughout the process. She became my friend and part of my family as well. Thanks to their guidance and care, was able to return home by walking when I entered with wheelchair. The entire team (doctors: Dr. Majid, Dr. Youssef, Dr. Abdalla, Dr. Shreya, Dr. Asha. Physiotherapists: Vivek, Yara, Sahnaz, Edward, Arun, Rose, Minju) is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to helping patients achieve the best possible results. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone in need of physiotherapy or recovery support - it’s a place where you feel safe, motivated, and in the best hands.

Dear [Administration/Management], We would like to express our deep concern regarding the care provided to our patient at your center. Our patient was admitted without the need for a ventilator or urinary catheter. However, your team continues to insist on connecting him to a ventilator every two days without a clear medical indication. This is being done without changing the tubes or sterilizing the machine, despite the fact that the patient already has an infection. We are very worried that he is repeatedly being exposed to infection from an unclean machine. Furthermore, the use of the urinary catheter also lacks clear justification. When we raised these issues with the attending doctor, no strong medical reasons were provided. Additionally, when we asked about when the patient can begin physiotherapy or gym sessions, we were told that he is on a ventilator — even though it had been disconnected two days earlier. It is also troubling that some staff members are attending to the patient without reading his updated file or reviewing the latest medical information. As a family, we are extremely upset by this negligence. We kindly urge the administration to take this matter seriously and to ensure that proper medical standards, hygiene protocols, and individualized patient care are followed. This is a review for outpatient care. Vivek and his physio team are very friendly and professional they are constantly refining my sessions to help push me to recovery. Shakeela is my main therapist and along with Yara and Rose they have all been great. The facilities do need upgrading particularly for inpatients and the grounds need to be made safer for people with mobility challenges.
