Emirates Hospital Jumeirah

I had a wonderful experience during my pregnancy, delivery and recovery at Emirates Hospital Jumeirah, mainly thanks to its people. My OBGYN, Dr Selima, was amazing throughout the whole 40 weeks and beyond. I always looked forward to my monthly examinations with her despite the hospital being a 50-minute drive from my house; she was extremely meticulous during scans, made sure I was comfortable with everything, walked me through all the steps and was very understanding and accessible at all times. When the time came for planning the labour, she simply explained to me the options and gently guided me towards the one that made the most sense both for me and the baby. The delivery was very smooth, very much thanks to her professional and compassionate approach. Most importantly, I always felt safe and in good hands under her care, which also played a big role in my positive experience overall. I would also like to express my gratitude towards my incredible midwife Khoaula, to nurse Gladys and their team, without whom the delivery and recovery process would not have been the same.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction, teeth cleaning, and filling done here, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Haya was incredibly gentle, professional, and detail oriented. She explained everything very clearly and her skills made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Nurse Merry was equally amazing she spoke very gently, worked efficiently, and was extremely responsible and caring. It was honestly my first time meeting a nurse who is both so dedicated and so kind. She communicates very well and truly makes patients feel comfortable. Both the doctor and the nurse were not only highly professional, but also very warm and beautiful like angels. I truly appreciate their care and would highly recommend them.

I recently had surgery at Emirates Hospital Jumeirah, I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service and care I received. The entire team's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were remarkable and made a great impact on my emotional state of mind and made me feel confident and safe being in their care. A huge Thank you Dr Phanipriya, nurse Jensi, and the nurses in my pre anesthesia appointment, Maki, Rita and the anesthesiast that did my pre consult, such a lovely, pleasant Dr and thank you to Dr Alawy for seeing me on short notice to give the report for my procedure. Amazing hospital experience. My gallbladder removal surgery was handled so smoothly that it felt like a simple procedure. The team was supportive, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable. Big thanks to Dr. Roger Batrouni and Dr. Ossama Barakat for their excellent care.

Very disappointing experience. Over the course of three days, I paid more than AED 9,000 for consultations, tests, and treatments. At no point did the finance or front desk staff inform me about the available Fazaa discount or ongoing promotions. I only discovered a discount offer by chance while making an additional payment. When I asked about it, I was informed that Fazaa cardholders are entitled to a 30% discount. I have a valid Fazaa Card, yet no one from the finance department or front desk informed me of this during any of my previous visits or payments. This is completely against basic customer service principles and professional ethics. Patients should be provided with clear and transparent information regarding available discounts and promotions before making payments, especially when significant amounts are involved. I expect better transparency, honesty, and professionalism from a healthcare provider.
