What is wrong with the telephone number? No one picks up. I got through once but the CR just hung up on me without the information I need. They seems like they just don't want to work. It's frustrating to go through the toll free number if no one is ever gona pick the call. Try calling the lady at the Ophthalmology department she is the rudest.

Facility: Emirates Health Services (EHS), Ibn Battuta Mall I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your facility. On September 26, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM, my wife visited for a medical examination required for her EID renewal. During the procedure, the nurse named Apsal attempted to draw a blood sample from her arm. Unfortunately, the insertion of the needle was improper; no blood was initially drawn, and he proceeded to twist the needle, resulting in a blood clot. When my wife raised her concerns, the nurse simply responded with “thank you for your feedback” without offering an apology or taking any corrective action. This lack of empathy and professionalism was disappointing, as it suggests a need for improved training in patient care and handling such situations. I kindly request that management investigate this incident and implement measures to ensure all staff adhere to proper protocols for patient safety and satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with the care my husband received during his admission for a severe infection with very high CRP levels. There was poor coordination, repeated medication errors, and minimal communication. Levofloxacin was continued despite clear side effects, and when questioned, the doctor admitted they had forgotten to discontinue it. Antibiotics were changed without proper explanation, and family members repeatedly had to point out issues that should have been managed by the medical team. This is how patients are treated in the Fursan VIP section; it raises serious concern about how other patients are managed. This experience caused unnecessary distress and raises serious concerns about patient safety and accountability.(Rashid Hospital)

Very bad service 1. Hidden fees 110 aed as a center fees should be paid at the counter however I have paid 265 online for the visa medical service fees once submitted the application. They will force you to have a new picture at their center which costs 25 aed (not required by dha). 3. If you want to cancel the service they won’t refund the full amount. 4. The refund process is endless, you have to submit an refund application with a lot of attachments including a bank statement and marriage certificate. Moreover the refund is subjected to their approval. Be careful dear.
