You can debate about quality of airplanes, safety and some other matters that are not directly tangible to a flying passenger. What Emirates give me CONSISTENTLY is the feeling of relief and sigh of comfort when I put my head back on my seat. Emirates staff are the key for its success. They are the reason why I fly Emirates in almost 80 percent of travels where applicable around the world. They are my family in the sky. Congratulations Emirates staff. You're the best in the world. Thank you for everything you do for me while in the sky.
Reason is simple yet dissapointing. If you want to contact pharmacy there is no contact number. You have to call icare call center and then they send the request to call back...!!!! Making it so complicated
Poor customer service,very slow and unprofessional. On their website they put one information and when you get there will be big surprises. When I was coming back they cancel the flight and didn't provide hotel or anything. They gave me so much stress and never forget that. So much wasted money for vacation and this airline is good at it. Don't come to Dubai. Use American airlines only. Travel to Hawaii.
