I visited to fuel my van and was told by the staff in a nonchalant way that I should wait 5 to 10 minutes for the next shift. Asked for his supervisor who saw me coming and was closing the door on me. Called him repeatedly but he declined to open the door. Yes it's their routine and now I'm wondering if this is a normal thing for emarat as they have few stations btw

I’m very disappointed with the way the staff and manager handled customers during my recent visit. I observed that bike riders, especially delivery riders like myself, were made to wait for a long time, while car drivers were prioritized—even when we arrived first. Despite arriving earlier, multiple cars (around four) were served before us. This kind of unfair treatment is unacceptable. I raised my concern with the manager, but unfortunately, he did not take our complaint seriously. Only after we insisted did they finally assist us. I felt completely disregarded just because I was on a bike, and this kind of discrimination is very discouraging. Due to this poor experience, I will not be returning to this station again, and I hope necessary actions are taken to ensure better treatment for all customers—regardless of their mode of transport.
