I gave them 3 stars, not 1, because the owner and staff are very friendly & welcoming. However, I have done gel color twice only at this salon, no extensions or anything that should seriously damage my nails. After just two appointments, my nails were completely destroyed. I had to cut them all off, and they now look like a school kid's nails. I tried gel color many times at different salons, and this has never happened before. I believe the gel removal technique they use is too harsh, as nails should not be damaged this badly after only two applications. I also find their prices quite high compared to the service provided. For example, they do not use a disposable nail kit for each customer as many other salons do. The staff are lovely, and that is the reason I did not leave a lower rating. I hope they improve their techniques and invest in better nail technicians in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had booked a deep facial cleaning with Hydrafacial and Dermapen. I was shocked to find that the person who did my facial was someone new, not Monica. It honestly felt like I was her first client. She didn't clean my skin properly at all and didn't seem to know how to use the Hydrafacial machine. On top of that, the Dermapen device was not working. My face was not cleaned properly - and I know the difference because I had a facial with Monica before and she did an excellent job. When I complained to the manager, she first told me I wouldn't have to pay. A little later, she said I would only pay 150 AED for the materials. But when I went to pay, she asked for 250 AED, saying they were charging me for a regular facial instead of Hydrafacial and Dermapen. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I honestly didn't receive a proper service — it felt like she was just applying creams. I would rate this facial experience zero. On the positive side, I cut my hair slightly, did root coloring and highlights with Khuloud. To be fair, she is skilled and did a good inh. However, the prices are extremely high and honestly very overpriced. it was a very frustrating experience. Update: I know you charged me 150 but you asked for 250 and i said why 250 ..moreover at the beginning you said that you will not charge for the useless facial ..you know very well that the therapist is new and she doesn’t know even how to use the machines and derma pen machine was not working also.. regarding my hair I haven’t complained about it .. but yes your prices are overrated..it’s completely up to you whether to accept it or not.. I regretted canceling my facial and derma pen in the clinic , it was a mistake and it won’t happen again..

The salon is clean and neat. And had dedicated parking. But service needs improvement. My paraffin pedicure came with a 10min massage, but my therapist did a fast job and skipped the massage. It almost felt she just wanted to be done with it.
