I recently visited Elive Clinic in Al Quoz and overall had a good experience. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are polite and welcoming. The therapists and nurses make you feel comfortable, especially if you’re trying a procedure for the first time. I opted for aesthetic treatments, and the results were satisfactory. The procedures were explained clearly, and the treatment itself was relatively comfortable. Pricing is also quite reasonable compared to many other clinics in Dubai, which makes it accessible for regular skincare sessions. However, I feel the experience can vary depending on the practitioner, so it’s important to ensure you are treated by an experienced professional. While most services are well-delivered, there is still scope for more consistency in quality. Overall, a good clinic for affordable skincare and aesthetic treatments. I would recommend starting with a consultation or single session before committing to multiple treatments.

My experience at this clinic was not 👎 👎positive. The service did not meet the standards I expected, and I felt the staff were not attentive to patients’ needs. I was especially disappointed with the attitude of the front desk staff who were unhelpful and unfriendly during my visit. I hope the clinic reviews its customer service practices and provides better training for its team so future patients have a smoother and more respectful experience. During my session, I was also concerned about the hygiene and setup. The treatment bed did not feel clean or properly prepared i dont feel comfortable with their hard bed and after the procedure I noticed that blood was left on several areas of my body without any proper cleaning . This made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. Overall, the standards here were not comparable to other clinics where the environment is cleaner, the staff are more professional, and patient care is taken seriously. I hope management improves their hygiene practices, staff training, and customer service. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, staff attitude, and the comfort of their treatment facilities.

Still obsessed with my results from Doc Sana! The clinic itself is so aesthetic and welcoming, but the highlight was definitely the service. Doc Sana has such a precise hand and a great eye for detail. My lips look amazing and I’ve received so many compliments. Such a satisfied patient! 💯💯💯💯

Messy, disorganised, sat waiting, doctor coat sprawled on chair, vial of blood Infront of me on messy desk. Rough employees. I had so much time waiting, I searched reviews and got more and more nervous. Finally, my tabby card didn't work and the nurse insulted me saying I had no money anyway. Do not recommend. Clean up

Had a wonderful experience such a professional customer service served by lady name Dalia always having a smile on face knows her work well. Always giving the right info without failing to lose the customer. Had a prp session done with Dr.Sana the beautiful young doctor having plenty of knowledge about her work. Did not feel for a single moment that am with a doctor but with the Healer. Had laser done with doctor Hareeshma very professional and friendly with kids (my daughters) who are not scared to get laser done with doc. Am looking forward to spread word of mouth to people in my circle…and always coming to Elive for my services
