I would like to leave a review about Elegant Hope Clinic in Dubai😍🔥 Thanks to Mounjaro, I was able to lose 5 kilograms in just two weeks! I am extremely happy with the results — seeing the weight go down has given me so much motivation to continue. At the moment, my weight loss has slowed down a little, so I’m planning to move up to the 5 mg dosage to continue progressing. But losing 5 kg already is a fantastic result for me, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m very grateful to this clinic. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, and the administration staff are very helpful and professional. Elegant thoopoe is the best place if you looking to get your body shaped as a new patient to the clinic my second month I have reduced weight and am loving my body now also Dr Lubna she very good and explains very well what and what you need to maintain your weight I strongly recommend her really and also the nurse very friendly and loving they always make me smile 😊 I can say this the best clinic have visited since my visits to others. I’m quite disappointed with my experience for laser tattoo removal. From the very first consultation, I felt that the main focus was on selling me a package of five sessions because it was presented as a discounted offer. I was also told that the clinic uses the latest laser technology and that the results would be very effective. After completing all five sessions on a very small tattoo, it is still clearly visible. Considering the cost of tattoo removal, especially for such a small tattoo, I expected much better results. What disappointed me even more was the lack of follow-up throughout the process. While I did receive some appointment reminders, on more than one occasion the clinic failed to send the usual reminder the day before, which made the overall experience feel less professional. I understand that tattoo removal can take time and results vary from person to person, but the expectations set during the consultation did not match the outcome I experienced. The marketing promises about having the latest technology created a level of confidence that, unfortunately, was not reflected in my results. Overall, I feel disappointed with both the results and the customer care provided throughout the treatment.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have tried a few different treatments, and I can honestly say this is the best clinic I’ve visited. Everyone here is skilled, professional, and genuinely kind. The doctors recommend what you actually need and never make you feel pushed into doing more, which I really appreciate. The nurses and staff are so warm and friendly too, and I’ve always felt comfortable and welcome. The results have also been inline with what was explained to me during consultation, they take the time to educate you on how it all works too in order to prevent you from hopping on to a trend that wouldn't benefit your body. Their prices are very fair, especially considering the level of care they provide. I’m really grateful for the experience I’ve had here and thankful to the whole team. ♡

I’ve been coming here for laser treatments for about a year, and I’m happy with the results. The technician, Narbi, is excellent and very professional—that’s the main reason I’m giving two stars. However, my experience with appointment timing has been consistently frustrating. I always arrive on time, but I’ve often had to wait longer than expected. Out of all my visits this past year, only a few started on time. On multiple occasions, I’ve been delayed by up to 45–50 minutes. I’ve also tried to communicate that I need to finish by a certain time, but this hasn’t always been taken into account. It’s especially frustrating because appointment availability is limited, and even when I book the only available slot, I still experience delays. A delay that happens occasionally is completely understandable and not something I’ve raised concerns about before. However, when delays occur repeatedly, it becomes frustrating and leads to dissatisfaction. I understand that schedules can be affected by earlier appointments, but repeated delays make it difficult to plan the rest of my day. In my view, respecting clients’ time is an important part of good service.
