It’s been a month since this place completely destroyed my hair. The person who “bleached” ( I asked for Balayage) my hair actually burned it and turns out she wasn’t even a certified hairstylist. The manager apologized and admitted that the girl did not hold a certificate that proofs that she is a hair stilyst nor a colorimetrist . The manager admited that herself was new to the industry, saying that from now on they would make sure their staff is properly certified. CAN YOU BELIVE IT !!! Unfortunately, that doesn’t fix the damage done to my hair. I had to go to another salon to start repairing it. At first, the manager said they would cover the cost, but then the excuses started: first asking me to pay upfront and promising reimbursement later, then complaining that the repair was “too expensive.” How much do they think it costs to fix severely bleached and burned hair? I would strongly advise people not to go to this place. The staff is not properly qualified ,not even certified , and the lack of professionalism can seriously damage your hair. I reported this to DED and I will document this to present a formal case of mal practice.
I had such a great experience at Eden Blossom and I’m really happy with the service. The two ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were amazing, very gentle, detailed, and professional. I’m really satisfied with how everything turned out. The reception team was also very welcoming and accommodating. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning rude staff, but honestly that wasn’t my experience at all. Everyone I met was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my manicure and pedicure again. Highly recommended!
