I contacted Easy Healthcare, and I was truly amazed by the speed, professionalism, and compassion of their entire team. Within a short time, Dr. Tooba and a nurse arrived at my accommodation, fully equipped to assess and treat me at home. They quickly diagnosed me with Influenza A+, and immediately administered the appropriate treatment including an antibiotic drip, anti-inflammatory and paracetamol infusions, and oral medication. Dr. Tooba was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, ensured I was comfortable, and monitored my progress closely. Thanks to her swift and precise medical care, my fever broke within hours and I was on the road to recovery. Over the next three days, I continued to receive follow-up visits from Nurses Manish, Nehul, and Muskaan, who were each outstanding in their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. They came punctually every 12 hours to check my vital signs, administer further medication, and make sure I was genuinely improving. Their bedside manner was warm and caring, and they always treated me with patience and respect, qualities that made a huge difference when I was feeling unwell and far from home. The entire experience with Easy Healthcare was seamless. Their cleanliness standards were excellent, their communication was clear and proactive, and the level of follow-up care was truly impressive. It’s rare to find a medical team that combines clinical excellence with such genuine compassion, but Easy Healthcare achieved exactly that. Doctor Wajeeha has been amazing. She has helped me with multiple issues and given effective and fast treatment to heal me quickly. Communication is 10/10 and replies always so fast with any question I have and always checks in to follow up and offer further advice. Highly recommended. Her nurses are so nice and very gentle.
