Absolutely loved my experience at Dukes of Beauty 🤍 I came for a manicure and RSL massage, and everything was amazing from the moment I arrived. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, very clean and professional. The manicure was done so perfectly and beautifully, and the RSL massage left me feeling so much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Special thank you to Irada at the reception - she was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. She made the whole experience even more comfortable ✨ Definitely one of the nicest beauty salon experiences I’ve had in Dubai.

The salon looks very elegant and luxurious ✨ It was a real pleasure to be there. Janara did me a beautiful manicure, and I really enjoyed the complimentary massage during the process. I also had a relaxing massage with Ginnie and honestly one of the best I’ve tried in Dubai, with perfect pressure and professionalism. They even served coffee with lots of sweets, fruits, and nuts that was very sweet of them. 🥹 The administrator was very kind and attentive. Thank you so much 😍 Oh, and I received a small gift from a salon for my first visit! The only small thing I’d add that it would be great to have a spray deodorant in the restroom after the shower after massage )))

We visited the salon together with my friend for manicure and pedicure, and we were truly impressed with the service. Everything was done very professionally, with great attention to detail, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A very nice bonus was the complimentary neck and shoulder massage, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also visited the cosmetologist and had a BioRePeel treatment — she was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. *in love with blue matcha🤣 Overall, the service is excellent, the team is attentive, and we left feeling relaxed and very satisfied. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting this salon, and I booked a double “four-hands” service — lashes and manicure at the same time. Honestly, I was a bit nervous trusting new masters, but the result turned out absolutely amazing. The manicure is exactly what I wanted — neat, beautiful, and very much my style. As for the lashes, they are the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t show any reference pictures; I simply explained my concerns and what result I wanted, and the master understood me perfectly. I trusted my lashes to Lyalya and my nails to Asel. Thank you, girls, for such a wonderful experience and result! 💛

I did gel for both manicure and pedicure. To be fair, the reception lady is very sweet and kind, and they even offer lovely tea and coffee with a complimentary neck massage and sometimes an oxygen mask for breathing. Unfortunately, none of this can make up for the bad quality I received. My manicures normally last at least a month without any problems, and my other salon has confirmed that I have been given really bad quality of semipermanent gel eventho I have been charged for hard gel! This situation was extremely disappointing. Given their high prices, I expected much better quality and customer care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon and feel other customers should be aware! I am not usually the type of person to leave a negative review, but in this case I feel I have to. Unfortunately, the service and quality I received at this salon were the worst I have ever experienced. I have never had issues with my nails chipping or growing out unevenly and fringed before. However, my first nail started chipping after only 5 days. This has never happened to me in all the years I’ve been doing hard gel nails. Also, did the two new nail technicians have an extremely impolite attitude, despite being always polite and patient? I tried to resolve the matter with the salon, but they did not seem to understand the seriousness of the issue, treating it as though it were something normal and it's my problem. They initially offered to fix one nail, but by the time I noticed more nails chipping, they refused to address them and even lied. The manager showed no real willingness to cooperate, instead expecting me to simply return for another appointment and pay again.
