Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. My appointment was at 8 PM, but I wasn’t seen until after 9 with no apology or explanation. When I went in, the doctor asked about my issue while being busy on her phone (WhatsApp), which made it feel like she wasn’t paying attention at all. While I was talking, she kept getting distracted by her phone. During the exam, she even left the room to speak with another patient, then came back and rushed through the check. The diagnosis didn’t make sense — she suggested removing my wisdom tooth even though it doesn’t hurt and isn’t related to my complaint, and even mentioned removing more than one tooth without a clear reason. She also wasn’t wearing a mask, and it was obvious she was handling multiple patients at the same time, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Dr. HDHOD goes above and beyond for their patients. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference in my experience. I can’t thank him enough and would absolutely recommend them to others.
