I would like to thank my nurse Shanti for the outstandig and warm support of my emergency yesterday. Also a big thanks to my two very nice and also funny doctors who treated me and my husband very respectful in this difficult time. Unfortunately talks with finance-management went rather unpleasent. Please keep in mind that people who just moved here have to organize things from the homecountry - in my case Germany - to here and this might take a little more time than 2 hours. Thank you. Overall the other staff was very helpful, friendly and really professionell. I never experienced such good care as here before. Well done!
Dr Walid (Urologist) was very accomodating and professional, explained everything i will experience though journey with my kidney stone. I have experienced more care and attention with my 5min stent removal procedure than my past experiences in other hospital with my kidney stone removal (was on different hospital due to urgency). I can say filipino nurses was the best care I had recieved, the theater op nurse even tap me like a baby to feel at ease and it was very effective to calm me. Totally happy with everything. I came with problematic face and i came out of the hospital feeling renewed. Thank you for all the staffs from receiving to discharge.
