This is considered as hub of Dubai Healthcare city. This building is equipped with all the world class facilities and have clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, conference - meeting halls, cafe's restaurants and many many more things in it. This is AL RAZI MEDICAL COMPLEX IN DUBAI HEALTH CARE CITY
Few years ago i had a good experience here. This time it was disappointing. Seems like they are only interested in money not your well-being. In the beginning could not book appointment even one week in advance - they are always full. After few sessions I told my doctor i was feeling better and then she did very deep massage after which i felt sore for few days. And though I didn’t have sciatica problem after that day i started feeling more pain. Overall after 10 sessions i felt even worse then before coming here. I didn’t continue and nobody even ask me why though they knew i am still in pain. I don’t recommend.
I have been to many physiotherapist over 23 years in Dubai since I have undergone 2 lower back surgeries so prone to aches. Since i started with Physiocare during last 6 months, I cant recommend them enough. I was recommended by my surgeon to Physiocare for acute neck pain where i could not even turn my neck during driving, today i am a lot more better. Ms. Derlene is my therapist and she is the BESTEST. Does manual massage, and yes it does feel sore for a day or two if you touch the area but otherwise no overall body pain at all. 2 months it was bi-weekly and then it has been once a week maintenance, my appointments are regular As far as my experience with Physiocare, I find them highly professional, staff are extremely pleasant and Ms. Derlene is understanding, takes note of everything you say and will look into the areas of pain, does no shortcut at all, suggests excercise and ensures all pain areas are taken care of....i want to take her home😁 Parking in front of the bldg or in the vicinity is available. You may not always get right at the buiding entrance but across the building one can park, I have never had parking issues in 6 months. I highly recommend Physiocare and Ms. Derlene
