Very bad experience with their Fertility Center. Lack of management and patient care. Zero respect to the patient time. Manager “Maitha” was not helpful and mentioned we are forced to work more than our capacity and we know that patients are complaining! The waiting time to see the doctor was 2 hours literally. They claim patient first, but not in action. They don’t have any respect to our time. Their doctors keep on changing because they are overwhelmed and can’t work apparently with more patients as one of the doctors said. For genetic testing we have seen three doctors now and everytime we have to explain to the again and many tests were repeated unintentionally bcz they are not oriented of the history. I’m not writing this as my one time experience, me and my wife are suffering and had the same bad experience many times. No one listens to us although complained many times. Another bad experience with Rashid Hospital Emergency as well with my mom. It was too busy and lack of experienced staff. We saw trainee and the specialist did not come as he said he is busy and trainee saw us only. Again we waited a lot (4-5 hours) with no any treatment. Only gave us medications to take at home.

Thanks letter to the health authority (dubai hospital) for they qick response and all members specifically L10 east side my mothere was admitted and sisters are very helpful im not sure their name but i do remember a nurse by the name Anila. Thanks for all in general

I was admitted to Latifa Hospital for 3 days, and honestly, my experience was fine until the last day. I don’t want to blame all the staff because most of them were professional, but I had a bad experience with the nurse on the last day. She was extremely careless. I was in pain due to a miscarriage, and she asked my husband to go get the medication from the pharmacy. When he reached there, they told him it wasn’t yet in the system. He went back to her, and only then did she add it. I also requested a painkiller, and she told me there was no need to ask the doctor as I was being discharged today, and that it was already included with my medications. When my husband got the medicine, the painkiller wasn’t included — although she had confirmed it without even checking the system properly. When she saw I was upset she requested the painkiller then sent my husband again to get it! As I was about to leave and already standing at the door, she suddenly asked me to sit down, saying there were missing details in my discharge records — like my blood pressure. I was shocked. I told her I was in pain and felt feverish, and asked if she could check. She was very lazy and didn’t want to go back to her desk. She checked my temperature without using a disposable plastic cover — she just used the thermometer directly without any hygiene precautions. I was really upset but I didn’t want to complain — I just wanted to go home. I asked her to confirm my sick leave report, and she said, “Yes, yes, it’s in the system, you can get it from the app.” But when I reached home, I was shocked to see that there was no update regarding my sick leave. I’ve been calling the call center every day and they keep saying “It’s under process and we requested the doctor to contact you ,” with no real update. Now I have to go back to the hospital to figure it out myself. This is very bad and unprofessional. I don’t understand why I’ve been put in this situation — I’m supposed to be resting, not chasing after them like this!
