visited Karama Health Centre for a visa renewal medical test. The service was very fast with no crowd and the whole process was completed in just 10 minutes. The staff were very professional and helpful. This centre have other government services
I went here today for a Medical Fitness test for residency. I was at a few other clinics before and they were unable to find my personal details and visa in their system - no such problems here. Halim helped me navigate which test I needed, and patiently took his time explaining all the options to me. Dutchie and Christine were amazing and guided me through the blood test and x-ray process, making sure I feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Excellent service and very quick turnaround, which was unexpected considering that other clinics charge ~200AED more for the same tests!
As per the timings updated ith the website and the Google the health test timings are up to 7 am - 7 pm. I went to the center by 4 pm and there were no crowd at all. But when I went to the C2 counter the senior nurse she sent me back saying I have to come for the test before 1 pm . only then, they can proceed with the tests. I took a prior appointment then at 9 am for another day and it's so crowded now. Waiting for 3 hours now . Kindly give clear and transparent indication to the people seeking your service and remove the timings you mentioned which gives false information.
