Very nice area, especially during winter. Lots of places to stroll around. This building is well maintained and has a lot of companies inside. There's free parking for the first hour, and then AED 10 for additional hour. The area is quiet with no traffic, but it needs more of food and beverages offering. I saw only 1 cafe inside the building.
