I visited this clinic three times and had a disappointing experience with their lack of transparency. During my first visit, I was told my premium insurance covered everything, if there is any insurance approval is not covered will be informed 1 day before the appointment. I didn't receive any call. During my second visit, once I was sitting on the dental chair, they asked me to sign for a 228 AED co‑payment for tooth removal and pay 228 AED. I had no choice but to proceed. During my Third visit, before my appointment, I called to confirm if there were any additional payments, and they said no. But when I arrived, the doctor said they need to take an ultrasound scan that wasn’t covered by the insurance and told me it will be 400 AED. This made me feel the clinic is not straightforward and keeps adding unexpected charges. Not a transparent experience for patients.
