Our Therapists were Eden and Meetha. Before the massage, they were attentive enough to ask us about any injuries and any specific area in body to focus on during the massage. Once this was discussed, Eden asked whether a Cryo Gel can be used to which we said OK. However, after the massage was finished we found out that this was NOT included in the initial price. This was quite unprofessional (irrespective of the amount) as the therapist never mentioned that it will be extra. Furthermore, none of the therapists asked us whether the pressure was enough or not at any point during the massage. Meetha was applying a lot of pressure on my back and I had to tell her to reduce it. However, since she was too rough I had bruises in my back next day and the skin had turned bluish due to excessive pressure. Finally once the massage was completed, we were not offered any kind of hot beverage such as green tea or herbal tea - which is a common practice after a massage. The couple room was basically a meeting room which had some window blinds. Ambience of this room can be definitely improved. Photos uploaded for reference. Also, we could hear the noise from outside of massage room as we clearly heard a small child playing. Overall, it was an average experience.
Amazing atmosphere. Staff were charming and welcoming . One of the best Balinese massage I have ever had and price is reliable too . Thank you so much for accommodating me ,I will be back soon .
