Absolutely outstanding experience at Dreamworks Spa — 5 stars all the way! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Sunshine was warm, polite, and incredibly attentive. Even though we accidentally went to the wrong location, she handled it so gracefully— calling nearby branches and quickly arranging a second therapist for us without any hassle. That level of care really stood out. My therapist, Sukma, was exceptional—professional, skilled, and made the entire session deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend Dreamworks Spa to anyone looking for a seamless and truly pampering experience.

The Du mobile app has promotions for Dreamworks facials and massages. I booked both services with this promotion at this Dreamworks location, including my first ever facial! Folks, the services here are LEGIT. Iluh’s massages are the real deal, her trained hands are actual magic. I’ve had hundreds of massages all over the world and she is so good, I will definitely be booking her again. The facial was also out of this world, and during both of these sessions I was having deep, dream-like visions! A bit of chat with Iluh was also great. All of this takes place in a lovely massage room with Balinese music playing, inside an upscale but somewhat tucked away hotel and apartment building. What a gem, I’m so glad I did this and found my new go-to massage place.
Booked the deep tissue massage. The staff kindly accommodated me last minute and I had an incredible massage that really helped me with pain relief. Cannot recommend the masseuse highly enough. I forgot her name but she was Balinese and exceptional. Thank you !
