I visited this center on Monday, 1 June around 3:15 PM for a medical examination, including X-ray and blood test for travel purposes. I specifically chose this center and paid more expecting professional medical care and careful handling. Before the blood test, I clearly requested the nurse to please take blood slowly and carefully and use proper technique because I was concerned about discomfort. Unfortunately, after the blood draw I developed a large red/purple painful bruise and noticeable mark on my arm, causing significant pain and concern. I have taken blood tests many times before and never experienced this level of pain or bruising. While the staff was polite and the process was completed quickly, medical procedures should prioritize patient safety, comfort, and proper care, not only speed. I am sharing this experience so management can review their blood collection procedures and ensure greater care is given to future patients. Patients choose and pay for professional service and should feel confident and safe during treatment.
They are charged an additional 110 dirhams for their service charge. When I asked them about this amount, they explained that it’s a service fee for this branch. If you win another branch, you’ll get a lower amount. So, be careful, guys. If anyone comes to the Dragon Mart branch, you have to pay an additional 110 dirhams for the service. The service itself is fine.
