Feedback Regarding My Call Experience with Your Clinic Dear Dr. Pawar / Clinic Team, I would like to share my recent experience when I called your clinic. I spoke with a reception staff member, a Filipina, who answered my call. I politely asked if you have certain specialties. It seemed like I was on speaker, so I had to repeat myself. When I confirmed it was Dr. Pawar’s clinic, she said yes. I then inquired whether my insurance is accepted and shared my number, requesting a call back after checking. She did call me back. I asked about the doctor’s consultation fee, and she informed me it is AED 500. When I asked what percentage I would need to pay after insurance, she said she would have to check. I requested her to check and update me, but she refused and said, “You have to come to the clinic, and then we will tell you.” I explained that I was only making a general inquiry about the insurance co-pay percentage, as other clinics in Dubai usually provide this information over the phone. I do not understand why I must visit the clinic just to know the basic insurance coverage details. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients. Worst hospital till now which I visited, when I went inside first of all nobody was having energy to attend patients , only the Philippine guy was checking on everything, worst was I sat and I waited , till the doctor called I was not even knowing they are accepting my insurance and what co payment came to me nothing was informed, no priscription, not even a single message that I booked my appointment, after consulting doctor they said they will take approval and call , but till now calls no message . The service was pathetic I can clearly say !!!
