I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Tamkeen for his excellent clinical judgment and professional care. My mother had been experiencing shortness of breath, especially during physical activity. Since I live abroad and she is in India, I was quite worried. I discussed her condition with Dr. Tamkeen, who advised us to do a routine cardiology check-up, including ECG, blood tests, echocardiogram, and TMT. Following his advice, my mother visited a cardiologist in India and underwent all the recommended tests. The results showed markedly elevated LDL cholesterol levels, and her TMT came back positive. I again consulted Dr. Tamkeen, and he recommended a cardiac CT or coronary angiogram (cath). Given her symptoms and cardiovascular risk profile, he advised proceeding with the angiogram. We proceeded with the angiogram, and thankfully, it revealed only mild blockages in three arteries. Because of Dr. Tamkeen’s timely advice and professional judgment, we were able to detect the issue early and start appropriate treatment to prevent further progression. I am truly grateful for Dr. Tamkeen’s professionalism, kindness, and diagnostic expertise. His clear explanations, caring attitude, and quick decision-making gave us confidence and peace of mind.
