Sunakshi Sharma is a very good physio with an excellent manner. I had 10 sessions with her for a strained leg muscle. I thought I would probably walk with pain for the rest of my life, however after her sessions which finished in early April, and doing the exercises she prescribed me to do twice daily for 6 weeks now, I can notice a significant improvement in my mobility. My leg feels stronger and I do not always feel pain. I can even drive short distances again. I will continue the exercises for at least another 6 weeks and hope I will be able to ride a bike by the end. Thank you Sunakshi for your professionalism and your guidance. It’s a longer road than I expected but I can see progress.
