He performed my right ear endoscopic tympanoplasty, and the operation was a complete success. Not only did the surgery go very well, but my hearing has improved significantly. I had been enduring this ear problem for many years, and after a long search for the right treatment, I finally met a doctor who was confident, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in performing this type of surgery. Dr. Issam gave me confidence from the very beginning, explained everything clearly, and delivered excellent results. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Dr. Priya, the anesthesiologist, for her exceptional care. She thoroughly explained the anesthesia process before, during, and after the surgery, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel safe and well-informed throughout the entire procedure. Her professionalism and reassuring approach were truly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Dr. Issam's nurse, who was incredibly accommodating, professional, and helpful throughout my journey. Her kindness, patience, and support made the entire experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I am equally grateful to all the nurses and medical staff involved in my care. From admission, pre-operative preparation, the operating room, and the recovery room, everyone demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and dedication. Even during my recovery stage, the team continued to provide excellent care and support, ensuring that I was comfortable and well looked after. After suffering from this condition for many years, I am grateful to have finally found a team that provided the right treatment and outstanding care. I had my neck mass excision at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital and my entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I was admitted, everyone was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Ms. Karen, Nurse Bienat, and Nurse Atheera who were always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness meant so much during my recovery. My surgeon, Dr. Pierre El Chater, is an amazing ENT and surgeon. He explained everything clearly, reassured me before the procedure, and everything went smoothly. He and his whole team were truly outstanding. The room was also beautiful. The view was amazing and it honestly did not feel like I was in a hospital at all, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and comfortable. I am very grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for top quality treatment.

Our experience at the hospital was excellent, and we truly appreciate the care provided to my mother. The staff and nurses were very attentive and respectful, and the cleanliness of the place added a sense of comfort. The food was also good. We kindly request that a meal be provided for the companion as well, free of charge, since they stay with the patient and take care of them throughout the time.

The worst hospital in the UAE. There is no experience at all, and the nursing team does not know how to deal with patients. The nursing service in the rooms is among the worst treatments I have experienced. There is no proper care for the patient. Room cleanliness is very poor, and changing the bed sheets occurs only when the patient asks. Meal times are not respected; breakfast was provided only on the first day, and after that, they only served cheese sandwiches. The doctors are not able to clearly explain the illness or the test results. Very bad treatment and complete negligence of the patient’s condition. I also had multiple bruises because of repeated attempts to take blood samples Update I would like to add a clarification to my previous review regarding the kitchen. After speaking with the team, I want to be fair and mention that the kitchen food is actually very clean and of excellent quality. Special thanks to Chef Rouhat for his care and attention. The food quality itself is very good and does not deserve any negative comment. I would also like to thank Ms. Lina for her professionalism and attention. She took the matter seriously and did her best to improve the situation and correct the misunderstanding that had happened unintentionally. This shows that the management truly cares about patient satisfaction and does not want any patient to leave unhappy. Thank you to her and to the management for their efforts, dedication, and for caring about the comfort and health of the patients.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Celiesty Lahoud for almost 3 years, and I can honestly say she is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. I recently had my upper wisdom teeth removed, and the whole experience was much smoother than I expected. The procedure was quick, professional, and almost effortless from my side. Dr. Celiesty explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, and handled everything with great care and confidence. What makes her truly special is not only her professionalism, but also her kindness and personality. She is always smiling, friendly, patient, and very reassuring. She also always checks on her patients even after the treatment, which shows how much she genuinely cares. I used to have a real fear of dentists, but Dr. Celiesty completely changed that for me.
