Very basic consultation. Dismissed patient after 5 minutes and couldnt even recommend a chiropractor in particular even though he advised for treatment. I know the best neurosurgeons in France and Switzerland and had to consult in Dubai last minute. Dissapointed
This week I was in a Careem taxi and the driver was twitching his neck and looked very uncomfortable, when I asked he told me that he is in pain and is unable to sleep at night and has not been able to get the right help from healthcare providers in his insurance policy coverage. I took his mobile number and referred him to Dr. Sherief Elsayed and Dr Sherief responded immediately that he will see the Careem driver the next day and gave him a free comprehensive consultation and refused to take money. The Careem driver was so grateful and happy after receiving the right help for conservative treatment; medication prescription and appropriate physio referal. I have known Dr Sherief professionally for years and I highly recommend him as competent, passionate and honest surgeon. Thank you.
I cant recommend Dr. Sherief enough, to anyone looking for a doctor that they can feel taken care of with, trusted, and ensuring that the most relevant contextual treatment is offered to them without insurance exploitation. I’ve had a disc surgery done with the doctor and the experience was nothing short of great. Starting from the initial consultation where he spent an hour giving me an in-depth explanation of my case and the treatment options, to the actual operation itself, onto post-operative follow up and check ins. Dr Sherief very kindly took on my ACDF revision surgery after a previous failed surgery I had at another clinic. He was very thorough and professional prior to the surgery and explained the process very patiently and made me feel comfortable. The surgery went very well and I feel like a different person and pain free. He was fantastic on the day of the surgery and post surgery in follow ups and ensuring that I was comfortable and checking that I have been making good progress.
