Dr.Zina is the best just gave a quick session even though I was late she’s amazing listen to all my issues calmly absolutely recommended.
Stay away from this so-called doctor! I saw Dr. Juliane Reuter for generalized itching. Instead of looking for medical causes, she said it could be “unresolved past trauma.” When I mentioned my lupus diagnosis at 14, she questioned if I was sure I still had it, implying I might have recovered from it. When I explained that lupus is chronic and incurable, she replied: “Well ok. We are not going to go that way”, once again suggesting that it could somehow be cured. Her excuse? Holistic approach... And yes, I follow and 100% believe in a holistic approach- but that does NOT mean telling a patient a chronic illness like lupus can be cured! Even less with the "power of your mind"! Mind power is strong and it makes a difference when it comes to physical health. BUT IT DOES NOT CURE an illness like lupus. Completely unacceptable and ignorant. Patients deserve evidence-based care, not pseudoscientific theories or dismissive attitudes.
Took me a while to make this review. Did my laser there 2 years ago. The clinic was nice and clean but the laser technician was not experienced, the laser caused me Paradoxical Hypertrichosis on my face. If the technician was more experienced then they would have either advised to not do certain areas or informed me that it could occur. I recall the technician saying I see hair there and zapping away. Reason I’m reviewing now is because I needed to be sure by doctors that the laser session I did was the cause.
I have been coming to the clinic for several years for light, laser, and facial treatments. My experience has always been positive and the service is always high caliber. Ms. Caroline, Ms. Denise, and Ms. Dora are professional and friendly. The front desk ladies, such as age orginal, amiable and friendly. Dr. Reuter has an excellent team.
I took my wife to see Dr Reuter this afternoon. She dealt with the issue very professionally and explained her diagnosis in detail and prescribed the medication. Her manner was so nice ,she put us at ease and my wife came out smiling. Having experienced other clinics in Dubai where unnecessary tests are carried out for financial reasons, Dr Reuter was totally ethical and only charged for what was absolutely needed and no more. Thank you Dr Reuter for putting a smile on my wife's face after so many days of worry. You are one of the best in Dubai.
