Exceptional care from a truly professional team! It is a privilege to be seen by the Dr. Reuter herself, who is remarkably knowledgeable. She is patient and thorough and takes time explain her findings in detail. Her ability to listen to patient concerns and address them with clarity makes her stand out. Her team is always competent, efficient and supporting and I always leave the clinic feeling informed and well taken care of.
I have been visiting the medical center to see Dr. Hava Demirel Loss, who is an exceptional physiotherapist & her expertise and dedication are truly remarkable. I have lost count of the number of times she has helped me recover from severe pain and regain my quality of life. Her ability to diagnose and treat physical issues is extraordinary. We are incredibly fortunate in Dubai to have a healthcare professional of Dr. Hava's caliber. Her compassionate care, deep knowledge, and effective treatments have made a lasting impact on me. Without hesitation, she is one of the easiest and strongest recommendations I can make to anyone seeking outstanding physiotherapy care.
Dr. Reuter is a truly wonderful person and an exceptionally knowledgeable doctor. She performed a small procedure for me so skillfully that I didn’t feel a thing. Every conversation with her is thoughtful and insightful—she really resonates with me and often points me in directions I wouldn’t have considered on my own. I deeply value her feedback, professionalism, and genuine care. I highly recommend Dr. Reuter for anything skin-related.
We were looking for a dermatologist who takes a holistic approach and doesn’t just try to sell random laser procedures or beauty treatments. After a long search, we found Dr. Reuter, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. She took an incredible amount of time for us, examined our moles more thoroughly than anyone ever has before, and also gave us amazing advice for other concerns such as pigmentation spots and areas of itchy skin. What we especially appreciate is that she combines evidence-based medicine with holistic approaches and to us, that is what truly makes a great doctor👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 If I could, I would give more than 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Reuter and unfortunately cannot recommend this clinic based on my consultation. I attended the appointment after being referred by another physician. At the beginning of the consultation, I explained that I was aware that Dr. Reuter focuses on medical dermatology rather than cosmetic procedures, and that this was precisely why I wanted to see her. I was seeking professional advice regarding several surgical scars, including a recent scar from back surgery, and wanted guidance on whether any future treatment, such as creams or laser therapy, might be beneficial and what the appropriate timing would be. From the start, I felt that I was treated in a dismissive and rude manner. Before I could finish explaining my medical history, Dr. Reuter interrupted me and insisted on examining the scar while I was still trying to provide relevant information. When I asked if I could finish explaining first, she refused and told me I could talk and show the scar at the same time. After examining the scar, she stated that it looked good. When I asked whether there would be any benefit to future treatment or preventative measures, I felt my questions were dismissed rather than properly addressed. I then asked for her opinion regarding supplements I was currently taking. The responses were very brief, with little explanation. When she recommended a supplement called boron and I politely asked whether she could suggest a brand, she declined to provide any guidance and told me I would need to find that information myself. I also asked about my skincare products and sunscreen use. During this part of the consultation, I felt particularly uncomfortable. When I mentioned that I had read about the importance of daily sunscreen use, especially in a sunny climate such as Dubai, I was told that I was “one of those people who follows the crowd.” This comment felt unnecessary, dismissive, and unprofessional. As the consultation continued, I became increasingly uncomfortable and upset. I felt that my questions were not being treated with respect and that I was being spoken to in a condescending manner. Eventually, I decided to end the consultation early because I no longer felt comfortable remaining in the appointment. To her credit, when I stood up to leave, Dr. Reuter asked me to stay and apologized, saying that perhaps she was having a bad day. However, by that point the interaction had already left me feeling distressed and unwelcome. I understand that every doctor has a different communication style, but patients deserve to be treated with respect, listened to carefully, and made to feel comfortable asking questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this consultation.
