Worst clinic I've ever delt with in UAE! Bad communication especially with the nurse "R", and canceling appointments without notification, always late on appointments, misleading treatments! As important update for ur response, all the concerns were addressed with all respect to Dr. Sameh personally, who is a very dear friend, and he admitted the issues and apologized multiple times and promised of a resolution, however nothing was done for any improvement! I advice you instead of your robotic reply and trying to suppress me from telling the truth about my very bad experiences with this nurse home care over the years, and Dr. Sameh the owner is aware of everything and apologized to me endless times with evidences without a resolution, you were supposed to investigate the issue, a nurse whom I got mistreated by her so many times, all what she cares about is keeping telling me nonsense stories that she is the most important and smartest person in the center wasting my time and my family time as well! I've critical illness and her behavior and her awful communication for setting up appointments affected my health very badly with evidences! She focuses on the profit more than caring for a helpless patient with several critical illnesses! Wasting my time for over any hour of even personal stories and internal issues related to the clinic doesn't make any sense for a treatment that shouldn't take more than 30 mins! You guys need to train new staff who cares first about the patient, and loyal to the clinic, not seeing us as clients who don't suffer any illness and keep wasting our time with staff keeps telling a patient endless stories that she is much more experienced and well educated more than all the other staff, including all the current dear doctors and nurses with all respect! Many times she left me waiting many hours in pain then tells me later, sorry sir I had to go make my hair or nails!!!!!! Being very late on my appointments!!! And when I get tried waiting for her and cancel the appointment she tells the doctors!!! You see doctor, he is not serious and canceling the appointments wasting our money!!!!! She always feels confident because she is aware of my close relationship with Dr. Sameh over 10 years, however I couldn't tolerate her attitude anymore as that affected my health badly! As per my last communication with dear Dr. Sameh that if I didn't get an apology and a practical resolution I would be left with no choice but to report my terrible experiences, and unfortunately no action was taken! And all the promises of finding a replacement over the years never happened! UAE is the country of honor, care and respect and I'm sure that the respected UAE health authority would never allow that a patient being mistreated, humiliated and mislead same as what happened with me!!

I recently completed two INUSpheresis sessions here and I’m very pleased with the results. My follow-up bloodwork showed clear improvements — lipids (LDL and triglycerides down, HDL up), lower CRP, and better liver markers, with everything else stable.
