Very disappointing experience with Dr. Joy Dental Clinic. This is the second time my appointment has been delayed significantly. Previously, I had a 1:30 PM appointment, but my slot was given to another patient and I ended up waiting almost 50 minutes. When I told the receptionist I would rather leave, the response was simply “Okay” with no apology or concern. Today, despite having an appointment at 7:45 PM and arriving 15 minutes early to make sure everything went smoothly, I was delayed again. If this had happened once, I could understand, but repeated delays show a lack of respect for patients’ time. Weekends are valuable and people have other commitments. Appointments should be honored, and at the very least, patients deserve proper communication and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the customer service and appointment management have been very disappointing
