I would like to say thank you to Dr. Shriharsha Pilathadka for the outstanding care and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, helping me understand every detail and the treatment plan he recommended. His approach was clear, patient, and reassuring, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. What stood out the most was how smooth and professional his work was, making the entire dental experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Visiting the dentist can often feel overwhelming, but Dr. Shriharsha has a way of making the experience surprisingly light and easy. I would also like to thank Dr. Mubssirabanu for the excellent root canal treatment. The procedure was performed very smoothly, with almost no pain, and I truly appreciated the care and attention throughout the treatment. Special thanks as well to Ms. Justi for the warm welcome and exceptional support. She is kind, friendly, and made the entire onboarding process effortless. From appointment booking to answering questions, she was always helpful and made everything easy and convenient. I am not someone who frequently offers reviews, I do only when I feel the place/ experience it’s either fantastic or really poor - so I don’t mislead people. My experience at Dr. Joy dental clinic has been great! I just got my root canal treatment done, I am thankful for having found Dr. Shriharsha! I have had a couple of orthodontic procedures and Dr. Shri is one of the best. He is extremely professional, and goes over in detail of the issue and his plans to help fix. For a change someone who was not trying to market unnecessary procedures and make money off you! He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are not in pain, he came in early one of the days so that I got my treatment in time and not be delayed because of his hectic schedule. I have definitely found my orthodontist in Dubai! Finally his office has a very peaceful vibe, helps esp when you go through a dental procedure :) the staff at the front office are also great! Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Joy Clinic and especially Dr. Shriharsha at Mirdif Central Mall.
