A huge shotout to the entire Dr. Joshep Polyclinic, Karama Staff. I would like to thank each and everyone personally by taking their names. Support staff Mr. Ashraf. Floor In-Charge Mr. Arshad (such a wonderful person). All the Reception staff and the Insurance co-ordinators. Dr. Bindu, Dr. Kalyani, Dr. Sri Ram (specially) and Dr. Sathees (current daily consulting doctor). Nurse Shahid and his team gets an special thanks for all the amazing work they did for these past 3 months. I had an amputation surgery from aster hospital and had to do daily dressing to the wound. Wheni checked for a nearby clinic to do my daily dressing and came across them and luckily my insurance was accepted here. The wound dressing team led by Mr. Shadid and the nurses who helped him specially Miss. Vineeshma and Miss. Nithya has been absolutely amazing. According to the Vascular Surgeon who performed my amputation, i was supposed to under go another surgery for further amputation in the future but for this wound dressing team i was able to avoid that and to go for a grafting palstic surgery before the scheduled time. The care the dressing team did and the advice doctors gave me led me to avoid the 2nd amputation surgery and direct to go for a wound closure plastic surgery. Thus started in January and im writing this on April and im still visiting this place for my dressing till the grafting wound heals. I've had so many complications due to this issue and my condition but today the doctor cleared me from being a person who was in the brink of death and stated me as a healthy person. And thats the reason i wanted to write this just to let everyone my experience with this place and the people. I am still visiting daily till my wound gets healed properly and i will miss them once i stop visiting them on a daily basis. I cant post any links in a review but im gonna post a whole story of my journey with them as a video on my youtube channel.. Photo: This was taken when they cleaned my wound before dressing. The mark you see on my thigh is the doner wound where doctors took skin to graft to my foot. Concent for the photo to be posted on socials was taken from the staff in it.
We recently had the pleasure of visiting the clinic and were truly touched by the kindness and professionalism shown by Dr. Kalyani Jayalekshmi and Dr. Teddy Abraham Mathew. From the moment we walked in, both doctors made us feel completely at ease. What stood out the most was how patiently and clearly they explained every step of the treatment. They never made us feel rushed, and took the time to answer all our questions with such warmth and care. We left the clinic feeling reassured, well cared for, and grateful. We are truly blessed to have been treated by Dr. Kalyani and Dr. Teddy. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts! 🙏
Very disappointed. The sign clearly states they are open until 11:00 PM, but when I arrived at 10:23 PM, the reception turned me away saying they were closed. I even tried calling them beforehand to confirm, but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Denying medication to patients nearly 40 minutes before your official closing time while ignoring phone calls is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
One concern I have with Joseph Ploy Clinic is that they do not provide doctors' professional profiles on their website. As a patient, I believe it is important to be able to review a doctor's qualifications, academic background, experience, and areas of expertise before deciding whether to book a consultation. When I asked the clinic if they could include this information on their website, I was informed that they do not consider it necessary and therefore do not provide it. I find this surprising, as transparency regarding a doctor's credentials helps patients make informed healthcare decisions and builds trust and confidence in the medical services being offered. In my view, every patient has the right to understand a doctor's professional background before choosing their healthcare provider.
I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Ms. Abirami Devi for her excellent care, patience, and clear guidance throughout my treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and confident at every step. 🙏 💐 A special thanks to Sister Asumptha and Sister Dilu as well—they were incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. 🤍 Truly a wonderful team. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
