We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jayantha. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain my daughter's tonsil and adenoid issues in a simple way. Based on his advice, we proceeded with surgery, and the results have been excellent. Even after two years, my daughter is doing perfectly fine. Thank you, doctor, for your dedication and outstanding treatment. Our entire family trusts him for ENT consultations.
Very arrogant; needs to improve the way of speaking with patient’s family, and colleagues. Also, not recommended for future meetings or interactions... Adding more to say- We found your behavior and communication style to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate toward both the patient and the family members. Certain remarks made during the consultation, especially casual and insensitive comments directed toward a female patient, were unacceptable and did not reflect the professionalism expected from a medical practitioner. A doctor is expected to communicate with empathy, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience during the consultation was quite the opposite. We also felt that our concerns and medical history were not properly understood before suggesting long-term medications. Please note that we do not require any further approval, follow-up, or consultation from your side. We will continue treatment at another branch of NMC Healthcare or with another healthcare provider whom we feel demonstrates better professionalism, patient care, and respectful communication. We sincerely hope you take this feedback constructively and improve the way you interact with patients and their families in the future. This matter is being addressed to NMC Hospital to take serious action against your statements and behavior, as such conduct is affecting the hospital’s reputation in the market. Thank you.
