Appreciation for Dr.Biheena I highly recommend my GP, an exceptionally understanding, patient and knowledgeable doctor who always takes the time to listen and provide clear, reassuring advice. Recently, I experienced a medical emergency involving very high blood pressure and facial symptoms that raised concerns. She acted promptly, provided excellent care and ensured I received the attention and treatment I needed. Her calm, professional approach was incredibly reassuring during a very stressful time. I am extremely grateful for her dedication, expertise and genuine concern for her patients wellbeing. She is truly an outstanding doctor.

Today during my visit with Dr. Lalita, I quietly observed something beautiful — teamwork, care, and leadership in action. A test I needed was not included in my cardio package, but instead of simply saying “not possible,” the staff, Nurse Ms. Ragi, the cashier, and even Dr. Ismail tried their best to support and find a solution. Nobody ignored the situation. Everyone genuinely wanted to help. What made me happy was not the discount or the extra support. What truly touched me was the attitude, teamwork, kindness, and dedication shown by everyone. Great companies are never built by accident — they are built through the vision of great leaders and teams who sincerely follow that vision every day. My respect and appreciation to the entire team. Great job by everyone. Wishing Dr. Ismail’s clinic continued growth, success, and strength in keeping people healthy and cared for with compassion.

Pathetic and disappointing experience I visited Dr. Ismail Polyclinic, Discovery Gardens, with my grandmother in an emergency situation, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite it being an emergency and my grandmother being very elderly, the first thing we were asked was to make the payment before any treatment(Billing counter deadly slow lady was sitting least bother about your emergency. In the treatment room, there were three nurses present, yet instead of assisting, they simply stood there and asked us to lift and place my grandmother on the bed ourselves for the drip. This was shocking and unprofessional. In such situations, patients expect care, empathy, and basic medical support—especially for senior citizens. Unfortunately, none of that was shown. The staff appeared poorly trained and lacked basic responsibility toward patient care. I hope the management takes this seriously, improves staff professionalism, and ensures that emergencies are handled with urgency and compassion rather than focusing on payment first.

I’m very happy that I chose Dr. Saji Shamsudheen as my gynaecologist. She is extremely friendly, sweet, and caring. She genuinely shares happiness during in-house scans when my baby does something cute, which makes the experience so special. She patiently listens to every concern and responds clearly. I truly feel safe and comfortable under her care and highly recommend her.
