There is no free parking available at all. Considering that this is a clinic where patients often need to wait for their appointments and queue times can be unpredictable, parking becomes a major source of frustration. The available parking is either far from the clinic or requires using the basement parking which costs AED 10 per hour. It would be helpful if the clinic could provide at least 2 hours of complimentary parking for patients, verified upon leaving the clinic. This would be especially fair since patients have little control over waiting times, even when they arrive before their scheduled appointment. The current parking arrangement adds unnecessary stress to what should be a smooth clinic visit.
I had my first wisdom tooth extraction at this clinic. I barely felt any pain during the procedure, and was at complete ease thanks to Dr. Yaquta’s skilled and gentle handling. The information I was provided with about the procedure itself as well as the healing and recovery added to my comfort. I definitely recommend visiting this clinic for any dental procedures. I also appreciate that the clinic was able to confirm my insurance’s coverage via WhatsApp when I sent them a copy of my ECard. Additionally, the location is very convenient, as it’s just a five-minute walk from the Gold Souk metro station.
