i came back for my follow up check up & new appoitment for another gp & orthopedic doctor, once again never dissapoint my expectations! very smooth & professional ! all staff from reception team , bp & vital nurse , xray , bloodtest are very helpful and kind! clinic is very neat , also the pharmacist team very fast ! thank you all! highly recommend🏆🏅👍🏻

I am writing as a patient who received an IV iron infusion at your clinic yesterday morning and would like to formally express my serious concern regarding my experience. Shortly after the IV was done, I experienced numbness and pain in my arm. I immediately informed the attending nurse but was reassured that this was “normal” and advised only to apply a cold compress. Trusting this guidance, I left the clinic. Following the procedure, my condition significantly worsened. My arm became severely swollen, bruised, and extremely painful. Having previously undergone IV iron infusions without any complications, this reaction was clearly abnormal and should have been addressed immediately and more seriously. I asked for a second opinion from another hospital nurse regarding my arm after the IV treatment. I was informed that what happened may be called IV infiltration, which means the IV may have been inserted outside the vein instead of properly into the vein. This caused significant pain and affected my ability to work. I am concerned that my symptoms were dismissed and not managed with the urgency required. When I returned to the clinic, I experienced delays despite being in significant pain, and the response lacked appropriate urgency and care. I would like to acknowledge Dr. Saji, who was the only staff member who showed genuine concern. She personally contacted me, arranged my return, and provided assistance throughout. Her care and professionalism are sincerely appreciated. However, I am deeply disappointed with the overall handling by other staff. I was also asked to pay for other medication like a gel that required to treat a complication arising directly from this procedure, which I find unacceptable. This incident resulted in unnecessary financial cost and the loss of two working days due to the condition. Overall, this experience has significantly affected my trust and confidence in the clinic. I strongly urge a full review of this incident, with accountability and immediate improvements in patient safety, clinical response, and care standards.

My son is frequently getting sick so I changed many doctor and never satisfied but, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Asma , one of the best paediatrician I’ve met. She is very kind, patient, and professional. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about patient and family feelings also. Her positive attitude and friendly nature make my son comfortable and confident during the consultation.

I'm really grateful to Dr. Saji for being an amazing gynecologist! She attentively listened to all my concerns, addressed each one with care, and resolved my long-standing issue quickly within a month with her expertise.
