The doctor is excellent — very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience at reception was disappointing. The receptionist seemed disorganised and unhelpful, which made scheduling and communication unnecessarily difficult (she doesn’t even know how to get the claim form or tell you things as you can get vaccinated for immunology twice the same day to skip to come next week 😅). A shame, as the medical care itself is very good.
Very good experinced doctor with efficient knowledge and very excellent services by the clinic and the staffs. I advice anyone suffering from asthma and allergic problems i highly recommended the clinic.
